you to streamline your meeting and event management registration process.

Meeting Management

Establish Registration Procedures

Manage all function space assignment and room setups

Conduct personnel briefings with suppliers

Provide updates on guarantees and attendee counts to hotel and suppliers

Supply and manage Rooming List

Monitor staffing levels of the hotel's front desk for maximum service

Verify accurate meeting room sets

Check placement and working condition of audio visual equipment

Meet with speakers to ensure their needs are fulfilled

Check transportation timelines

Control costs through monitoring and inventorying food and beverage events (continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, receptions, etc.)

Review banquet checks and supplier invoices for accuracy

Signage ordering and placement

Coordinate the distribution of Guest amenities, room drops, and check-in welcome packets

Post Production:

Review all hotel charges for final approvals

Initiate any post conference wrap up meetings with hotel and/or vendors

Final Bill Reconciliation
